Shipping, Delivery & Cancellation

Shipping Policy:

Shipping Cities:

 We ship to all cities within India.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping Charges are calculated on the weight of the ordered products. Use the Shipping Estimator in the Shopping Cart to estimate the shipping charge.

Shipping Timings:

All orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours from the time of order placement excluding Sunday and other Business holidays. The cut-off time for Shipping on the same day is 11:00 AM on any business day, orders placed after 11:00 AM on a holiday and Sunday will be shipped on the subsequent day.
There will be no shipping on Sundays; all the order placed on Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Delivery Policy:

All orders will be shipped and delivered via reputed couriers, if the desired delivery location is a non-delivery area then we would try to ship the same via Government registered post. Time for delivery would be a maximum of 2-3 business days for other major cities from the time of shipping. Delivery to small towns may take an additional day for delivery.
Pune orders would be delivered within 24 to 48 hours from the day of shipping excluding Sundays and National Holidays.
The delivery would be carried out by our courier partner between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on any business day. Hence we do not have the option of selecting a specific delivery date or time. If the requested delivery location/city is a non-serviceable area/ remote location, as declared by the courier company, then the courier company on their own discretion may ask the recipient to pick up the parcel from the nearest courier outlet.

Please do not accept the parcel from the courier company's delivery person if the parcel is already open. Kindly note the courier consignment number and report the same to Simply Chocolates on our Support contact number. Accepting an already open parcel would make the customer or recipient ineligible for any claim for refund or reshipment of the same order. Any claims or refund due to damages to the chocolate or chocolate missing has to be substantiated with a photograph.

Non-Delivery of Orders:

Simply Chocolates or their courier partners are not responsible of non-deliverance of orders for reasons mentioned below:

·         Recipient is not available for delivery or door locked at the time of delivery.

·         Recipients address or Phone Number wrongly mentioned by the customer.

·         Recipient refuses to accept the delivery.

·         Recipient shifted from the shipping address mentioned.

In case of non-delivery of order due to any of the reasons mentioned above no refund will be entertained.

Cancellation Policy:

Order can be cancelled by the customer at any point of time prior to shipment of the order. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. You can cancel the order by calling us at Customer support number +91 8975995252 or by emailing us at contact@simplychocolates.in

To cancel your order you need to provide us the order number that would have been e-Mailed to you in our automated order confirmation mail. Additionally we would request you to forward us the order confirmation mail to cancel the right order.

Orders where the online payment has failed or the online payment process has not been completed by the customer, will be automatically cancelled.
