Kataifi Shredded Dough (450 gms)
Thin and fexible shredded dough made from premium quality flour can wrap the fillings you will select, giving them a totally dierent style and taste.
Ideal for the traditional Kataifi and Ekmek, but do not limit yourself to them. You can try to use the Kataifi KANAKI with fantasy and re-discover all the possibilities it offers, wrapping fillings with cheeses, prawns and charcuterie.
1. Storage instructions
Keep in freezer (0°F) *** until expiration date (see side of packaging). Can be stored in refrigerator (+40°F) for 15 days. If not kept in the freezer, use it on the day of purchase.
2. Defrosting instructions
Before using the KANAKI Kataifi, let it thaw at room temperature for at least 2 hours in its sealed packaging so that it won’t lose its moisture. Do not try to unfold Kataifi that is not completely defrosted because it might tear apart. After opening the packaging, keep the Kataifi covered with a slightly damp towel during the preparation of your recipe so that it will remain moist. Once thawed do not refreeze.
